Partner for a custom server

Hello my names hunter and I recently came up with a awesome custom server idea I want to put into action but I ran into one problem, me I'm definitely not a big reputable member so when I ask for loans to put this together most will think I'm scamming or joking. So for those reasons I have requirements but age to me doesent matter as long as your mature.

(Optional) can provide the server with something (hosting graphics builds etc.

About the server

So now your wondering what this server is all about so I will explain, you start off as a zoo owner with a small plot of land with limited money, you buy attractions or animals to attract more people to your zoo that will make it so you make more money (entrance fee) you will also be able to change how much visitors have to pay to get in but that makes it so less come. This is zoo tycoon basically thinking it is such a big game and so is minecraft so together it must be epic also every month we will have a leaderboard to see who has the most money the top 3 will receive money (real money) 1st will recieve 10$ 2nd 5 and 3rd 2.50 this will be payed through PayPal or if they don't want to pay through PayPal they can have double the amount of cash they earned to spend on are shop

How much?

Il be getting a estimate soon but I'm guessing the plugin as of it will Be a core plugin will cost a hefty price but besides that it should be smooth sailing (besides advertising and a website)

Extra information

it will be a 50-50 shared partner ship so the profits (after we cover what we can) will be split 50 50 If you decide to sell your part of the server you have to give 1 percent to me so if I do have a problem with the new owner so the most you can sell is 49%


If I forgot anything please tell me I've never partnered before because I've always kept my projects cheap

Seems like a great but different idea. Doing something different like this leaves more room for failure. Or can become something vary unique. Which is vary hard to say with out a set budget. As you stated this is your first time doing a partner ship. They work out for some depending on the type of people they are. I wouldn't suggest it as it has failed for me and I honest did not like it at all. But that's all up to you GLWS

Money wise, none unless your a graphics /hosted then you may(MAY) let the server use your "stuff" free or discounted

Time wise I want them to spend time with getting money for the servers needs so the 1st maybe 2nd month you would need to dedicate around 15 hours a week depending on how good you are doing I will the same once schools out

Your donating your reputation to make the thread for investing also your time this should also make it appealing because you don't need to spend a dime

All your investing is your time and a few threads on McM let's say you wanted to be my partner we would discuss what way we want the server to go like Eula compliant or non Eula compliant and other questions like that then I would ask you to make a thread on McM asking for investments or loans (something we would discuss) hopefully we would get sufficient funds to make everything good) then we would put the money into action after the servers and websites done we would hire youtubers so we can gain popularity and maybe you want to sell your 50% then you HAVE TO give me 1% and sell the 49% so In case I don't like the New owner

Yes and almost every good server needs people to spend time on it
