Hello everyone! The old partner that was with me on this project has decided to resign from his position due to lack of time and motivation, so I am in need of someone else to help me with growing the server. Here are the basic requirements that I request:

• 16+ years of age (Some exceptions)
• Mature and trustworthy
• Able to help brainstorm ideas
• Able to work with configurations
• Staff management and recruitment
• Willing to do social media management and actively search for business deals
• From the western hemisphere or able to actively be online on my timezone (EST)
• Hard-working and able to overcome problems that may arise without my help
• Comfortable using a microphone

Here is what you would expect of me:

• Free custom development for all of the ideas that we come up with together
• Funding provided (Some exceptions)
• We will be starting the server from scratch and brainstorming all the ideas as we go along
• I will not be interested in jumping aboard any of your existing projects

The server profits will be split 50/50 and expenses would also be split 50/50 after you are ready to hop on board the project.
