I am searching for a dedicated partner to join forces with me in creating the next most played Drug/Mafia type of server. I have a passion for this type of server and have previously created a server in this genre that made over $1000 per month with 40 players online at peak times. Last year I had to sell this server due to being busy running my own company and starting a new job. I am back, having sold my company and having a higher paying job, to re-create the best drug server yet. I am looking for a talented, dedicated partner who has experience all round, but especially with developing and setting up plugin configs etc.

Knowledge in these plugins, how they work, the configuration etc, is required for this position. If there are one or two you haven't used but know you would be able to get to grips with the config fast, that's fine. There are some custom plugins in this list so you may not recognise some.
The partner will be expected to assist with setting up new plugins, configuring current plugins, welcoming and moderating the players upon release, assisting with any advertising jobs that come up, coming up with new ideas to be implemented etc.
I am responsible for the investment, advertising, some dev work and plugin configuration, the physical server and website for the server.
In terms of builds, the main spawn was a paid build on my old server. It was expensive and is very nice so I will not be changing this. Some minor changes need to be done to the spawn and a little spawn needs to be built in the wild world, but a builder will be paid to do this when the time is right.
On the investment front, I have $2500 set aside to invest into this server. This money is purely disposable to me as it is from the sale of my company. I live on the salary of my job so this is purely for investing into the server.
As for profit splits, I am willing to split profits with this partner 70/30. This is of all profits made. I am able to pay via PayPal, BTC or UK Bank Transfer. If we make $1000 in a month, you get $300. The reason for this is because of the work I have already put in & investments I am making to get this server of the ground. There is a lot of money going into this server. It won't be a small one month lasting server.

You must be online frequently. I can't have a partner who is on for 10 minutes a day. A few hours per day is good.
