Partner for Faction Server | No Funding Required

Hello everyone! Since my other thread was outdated and had some negative attention on there, I have decided to create a new one. The requirements to partner up has changed as well as the jobs you would have to do as a partner. Here are the basic requirements of becoming a partner:

• 15+ years of age (Some exceptions)
• Mature and trustworthy
• Able to help brainstorm ideas
• Able to work with configurations
• Staff management and recruitment
• Willing to do social media management and actively search for business deals
• From the western hemisphere or able to actively be online on my timezone (EST)
• Hard-working and able to overcome problems that may arise without my help
• Comfortable using a microphone

Since there is no funds required and the pool of people that would be interested in a partnership would be higher, the following optional requirements would be a huge +1 in terms of choosing who I would partner with:

• Experience in owning/managing servers
• Java/Web development experience
• Building experience
• Graphics experience

Here is what you would expect of me:

• Free custom development for all of the ideas that we come up with together
• Funding provided (Some exceptions)
• We will be starting the server from scratch and brainstorming all the ideas as we go along
• I will not be interested in jumping aboard any existing projects

If you want a great opportunity to co-own a network, feel free to PM me with your age, hours of availability per day, your timezone, any of the optional requirements that you meet, and your discord. You are not required to put any money into the server but it will help if you do so. The server profits will be split 50/50 unless you are not able to do a certain part of the position for which profits will compensate for.
