I’m looking to start a server in the next month or so. I have a new job I start where I’ll work night shifts and I’ll have plenty of spare time during my shifts.
I’m looking for someone with experience running (at a high level) servers. Including administrative or ownership. I will not accept your word as proof, I want actual proof.
The server I’m wanting to build is a survival server and I will handle MOST Development but NOT ALL OF IT. I expect help in areas such as config that I’m too busy to do and staff team recruitment.
I am experienced as a Java developer for some large servers.
As for the money we make from the server, I will act in a partnership manner splitting the profits down the middle. Profits do not start until we have 3 months reserve of server bills put back, for hard times.
Upfront investment is important as well, I will be investing $200 upfront for the host, domain, licenses and any development we need. I expect my partner to contribute equally such as buying art and paying for low-cost ads.
The server will be made to be a friendly, mid-sized survival server with minimal gameplay altering plugins. Economic features will be added but will be minimal.
