Partner for Software Company

I am currently in the search for a partner for my upcoming software company. To clarify, it would be a legally registered LLC with my partner and I sharing a 50/50 equity split. The company would make money by selling software products by introducing some of the first software products into the mc business market and expanding from there. The company will take a general focus towards business & enterprise related software, but I am open to expansion into other markets in the future as well.

As a partner, I would require you to have one or more of the following skills (in order greatest to least importance):

• Development/Programming (Software, Web, etc)
  
• UI/UX and Branding Design
• Business Development/Management
  
• Marketing

As for some of the first products or services, I already have plans for them (discuss-able): Client Management Software, Freelancer-oriented forums system, and more.

Than he should talk to those people and get them removed.

I have no intention to get them removed at this time. I got those neg reps back then when I had an unreliable schedule (not to excuse myself from my wrongdoings). My job performance should not be contingent based on those negative reps.

Fair point. Though, I intend to make these qualifications tight to filter out those of inadequate skills.
