I own an SMP server that earlier in the year peaked around 10-15+ players online daily with the growth being at a decent rate, and the Tebex store was doing pretty well, also. Unfortunately, the partner I was working with on the server had to leave the project due to a new job IRL, and because I am too busy to deal with all aspects of running the server and am not too great at running the "front-end" side of things, the community has shrunk considerably. I'm still able to attract new players, however, the retention rate is poor because the players don't see active staff or community management.
So, I'd like to find a partner who can handle the "front-end" side of things (community management, recruit and manage staff, as well as some plugin configuration) while I provide the funds to run the server and reliably provide a stream of new players.
