To get right to the point. I'm looking for a partner who can front the bill for a VPS & Dedi. This will be used for cpanel (domain directory), and for WCHMS (which I've purchased. see below)
I'm looking for someone to pay for the hosting. A.K.A the machine. I'll link a hosting provider in DMs.
I'm looking for around $200/m, and I'm putting in my self around $200+.
The thing is I'm already fronting the bill for the license, and all the addons required, and a theme, and advertising. I'm also paying for everything else needed. I'm also paying for subscriptions such as Monday. This will be over around ~200 which I'll pay for. Hence why I'm looking for a partner.
Lastly, I'll set it all up. (the full thing) as I'm Sys-Admin and have quite a bit of experience working with things such WHCMS.
I'm also going to get an LLC registered for this company.

Site is currently up with license using a free theme at the moment for a basic setup/example.
Planning on getting a new theme.
As per profit you'll receive a majority of all profits. Possibly a 65%, 35% split. And in terms of total profit I've ran the numbers and you're looking at around ~2000 profit/yearly or roughly ~150/m this is including the total cost of everything purchased per month.
