Hey mc market i need a devloper that can develop minecraft plugins and look for a partnership

How does it work:
First we will figure what plugin you will make and after we find out what plugin you are gonna develop and after you will get a payment upfront so you dont waste your work and after that i will resell the plugin on spigot and give you 50% off all what the plugin makes in a week and when you get 50% off the sales made you will have to fix errors

You have to show me plugins that you have made
You have to give me the source code
You have to give me resell rights

Why would anyone partner with you when they can just make the plugin on their own time and sell it to spigot??

First im paying for the plugin upfront so if the plugin dont sell i lose the money and i dont see anything wrong with this because im the guy who would advertising the plugin and make sales and put the plugin up for sale

No one will do this. All developers can come up with their own ideas, make their own plugins, and sell it themselves. It doesn't matter that you are paying for it upfront, they can get 100% profit from the plugin THEY MADE. Advertising a good plugin isn't hard bud.
