Advertisement's aren't a guarantee source of getting players, do you have any other method than this to get players?

You need a solid server plan. If you're one of those people who just create servers thinking you'll get all the people and the money, you're wrong. Sadly, this is not 2012/2013 anymore. Servers need to be unique, in order to draw the players in and keep them there. Really put some thought into it, then gather funds to back it.
