Partner Or Staff

So I am beginning the process of starting a server, Network server to be precise including just two servers to start off with (Survival & Skyblock).

I am looking for a possible partner or at least someone who is interested in taking this adventure with me, I am not looking for someone who is looking to do half arsed work and just be inactive and not up for the grind as the rewards could be extremely good if things work out correctly.

Dedication
Team work
Professionalism
Experienced (In most fields that running a server require)
Must be over 18+

I work full time and can fund this server and get us to where we need to launch so I am not looking for someone who is funding the server but if you are willing to help towards it then feel free to do so.
I like to do things properly so I am expecting someone who is the exact same and wants to do things properly with me, I have good management skills and ideas to bring to the table.
