I have been away from the Minecraft community for quite some time, and it has quite honestly stumbled me for how much has changed.
I bought a server, thinking I could do this as easily as I did 3 years ago, but my god was I wrong.

I bought a server, an SMP Economy Survival and I have had to change quite a bit to fit my needs.
By doing this, I've spent a lot of money just on plugins, maintaining and of course the money for buying the server.

I am looking for someone to assist me in running this server, someone with experience.
Someone who could be a 50/50 owner with me, share the expenses and to achieve the goals I want.

Our host provide our system administration, we pay them extra for this.
