Partner to work with me on a unique server

I'm going to keep this thread as simple as possible for reasons you will see in a minute.

I'm planning on opening a completely unique & custom Minecraft Server which would be a spinoff from the regular 'factions' that other servers usually have. I do not want to go into much detail about what the server is going to be about and how it works, all I'm saying is its going to be big and will require time to work on.

I need a partner prepared to work with me on this server and manage a team of staff members. Once the server is open, I am prepared to give them some money from our income for their work. The partner that I choose to work with me does not have to chip in. (We already have the servers & domains sorted). All I need from them is their management skills & ability to apply it.
