So I really do not want to give too many details away in this public forum because I do not want people running away with the idea. But basically, I want to create a service team with:

• $0 Upcharge from the team itself
• %0 Taken from our freelancers
• We pay freelancers so they can charge less

It sounds like I just want to through away my money and waste your time but in fact, I'm thinking the exact opposite.

Haha, Thanks Noxx! I really think what I have in mind could be huge and next-level stuff. As a server owner and college student, I want to create the server of my dream but cannot because what I need costs $1,000+ and I just do not have that kind of money. Hopefully, I can fix that.

So I've had this kind of idea before but what you're essentially inventing is a mini MCM subforum discord server IF you're being honest and if not, then it's a terrible morally ill scam.

There is no motivation for any GOOD freelancers to keep doing things chained under ONE name (service team x) if it's not bringing in clients with the highest amount of revenue

I wouldn't call it a minny MCM at all. I would however call it a mini fiver. In no way will we be scamming anyone.
