We are looking for a high-level Lead Developer/Partner to build and manage the technical infrastructure of a professional SMP (Donut-style).
This is a long-term partnership role. We are not looking for a one-time freelancer, but a Technical Director who wants to be part of a growing empire.
PROJECT STATUS:
Marketing ready: 2 active YouTubers with consistent viewership (100+ concurrent).
Established Community: 500+ members across two Discord servers.
Ready to launch: We have the vision and the reach; we just need the final technical engine.
THE JOB:
FULL REBRANDING: Ability to fork and refactor source code (Engines & Plugins) for a total white-label experience. No public names allowed.
CUSTOM MODULES: Development of proprietary systems (Custom Auth, Tablist, Scoreboard, and Advanced Invsee).
SECURITY: Implementation of TCPShield, custom Anti-Proxy/Anti-VPN (blocking residential and rotating IPs), and a unique Anti-Cheat detection system (Ghost-Entity style).
INFRASTRUCTURE: Professional configuration of backend proxies and server jars.
COMPENSATION:
- Monthly Revenue Share (to be negotiated privately based on your expertise).
