Hi there. I am in the process of creating a new server, and while I have experience from running servers in the past as well as the ability to implement my own ideas, I fall short on some aspects that are required to create a server with the caliber that I seek.
For this reason, I am offering the opportunity to work alongside me. I already have the concept for the server ready, as well as important parts such as the domain and funding secured. I am prepared to negotiate what you believe is a fair agreement for your work, but please note that as this is a partnership offer, there will be no offer made of cash up front. Instead you will be paid directly with your performance regarding the server (most likely a fixed percentage).
For some background information on me, I am a 3rd year university student studying Informatics and the University of Edinburgh. I have extensive experience with programming, and particularly Java with regards to the bukkit API. Servers I have operated in the past includes Kuleland, a server for the youtuber Kuledud3. PrisonLife, which was the 2nd most popular prison server around 3 or 4 years ago. I have also operated on numerous other serves in a smaller capacity.

Experience working in a Minecraft server administrator environment
Experience with SSH as well as linux
