I’m looking for a reliable partner to lead server promotion, advertising, and community growth while I focus on the technical/product side. I have 13 years of development experience and have run two successful businesses outside the Minecraft space. Compensation and partnership terms are negotiable.


Ideal candidate
  • Experience promoting and growing Minecraft (or similar) servers — ad campaigns, listings, influencer outreach, social media.
  • Strong community management and retention strategies (events, engagement plans, staff/workflow experience).
  • Building/design skills or access to a builder team (hubs, spawns, minigames) and familiarity with common plugins.
  • Comfortable with basic analytics to measure growth and retention (preferred but not required).
