You’re a hosting company looking for the Average Joe partnership that will land you great recognition and competitive 24/7 advertisement. Here you can build that mutual trust that most companies fail to recieve from community owners. It’s asked that in return of favor, that you as the marketing manager, CEO, or owner of the hosting company, include:

  • Network size of ram (64-256 gb)
  • Dedicated IP address
  • Unlimited ports
  • Modern-age CPU and high-speed
  • Quick Uplink
  • Ddos Protection
  • Network sizeable storage
  • No-lag guarantee
  • Located in North America
  • Special Support

In terms of how your services will be promoted, and publicized. Our discord server has reached 100+ members. The community NanoHQ has been started as a hungry powerhouse for recognition of hard work. Expanding its horizons the past few weeks and short months. Each passing day and night, more and more people join our discord and signup on the forum. The more perks we recieve, means that we will have more recognition for our growth and capabilities, also meaning the more promoting and recognition we can give back to you.

Regarding our network of Minecraft servers, we have sold 3 BETA passes which allow members to join in game with early access and perks. After a couple of days we expect to see more flow of BETA Cardholders we call them. A timeframe of couple more months, we the owners expect final release and flooded gates pouring out 10’s of players with a minimum player base of 15 players. Our current game modes consist of Prison, and Skyblock with 3 lobby servers. All packed with several features any welcomed member in our community would enjoy. Our provider now is holding:

  • Xeon E5-1620v2 4c/8t
  • 3.9Ghz CPU
  • 64GB DDR3 ECC RAM
  • 2x2TB HDD Storage
  • 250Mbps Uplink

To thank you for a great opportunity that won’t let you down, we want to show our appreciation by giving you a couple of things.

  • Discord server advertisement
  • Forum advertisement
  • In game advertisement
  • Discord role(s)
    • Partner
    • Supporter
    • Patron
    • Platinum Cardholder
    • Beta Member
  • Forum role(s)
    • Patron
    • Partner
    • Supporter
    • Platinum Cardholder
    • Beta
  • In game access (Platinum Card)
Looking forward to hearing from you and getting down to a open-minded conversation about launching this pitch to make wonderful things happen on both ends of this partnership.

Unless you have a huge name, I'm pretty certain companies won't reach to you to partner, and that it should be vice versa. Good luck, however.

I'm not really seeing the benefit to the host in this deal.

You're asking for a server that would usually go for several hundred dollars per month. In return, you offer advertising, but your player base is still relatively small. From prior experience, most players either don't have money or aren't interested in starting a server. Only a small percentage would be interested. However, a small percentage of an already small number is basically non-existent.

Especially with your estimated opening player base, have you considered shared hosting rather than a dedicated server? You'd open yourself up to way more possibilities, as more hosting companies could give you some spare space without needing to spend extra money. With a dedicated server, you're limited mainly to hosting companies who own their own hardware but are still small enough to be interested in a partnership like this.

Not trying to trash, just stating my opinion in this matter.

Edit: I may have misread the OP. Are you looking for a dedicated server or shared hosting? What do you mean by "Network size of ram (64-256 gb)"?

Open to discuss with any companies.[DOUBLEPOST=1515224584][/DOUBLEPOST]Considerably either depending on the outcome of our end of the partnership.

Why would you even need 64 gbs. Your fucking discord reached a 100 members not your server. Go get 16-32 gigs lmao

I agree with Lyphiard . I don't see any benefits in this deal. Your asking a host to invest a lot of money in a server which isn't released yet which has 100+ users on discord. When I had a server I had a discord with 250+ players and yet we only had an average playerbase of 10 players.

Could you please explain the following things a bit more.

Why would you need so much ram? If you want a host to invest this much money you need to have a clear plan.
How many players are you expecting on the server? How did you come to this number. If you have advertising partners please include a list aswell.
Why would you need a dedicated server rather than shared hosting? If you expect a minimum of 15 players shared hosting would be much better.
How much money have you invested in the server and why can't you buy the server yourself?

We don’t need it entirely free, it’s a giant request which any owner in the right mind would understand.

We do have a large community if you compare us to these dinky so called 30-40 member community ties they call themselves as “networks”. We got the hardware, and several cores on our dedicated servers for high performance on each server.

We just recently put money together and have figured out advertising, but as we are still in paid BETA, we won’t eisk spending every penny on advertising now.

Thanks for the feedback.[DOUBLEPOST=1515254251][/DOUBLEPOST]
Then release one one game mode at a time, to the host they see no benefit in the partnership because all you are doing is offering advertising with a 100 member discord server? How many people are even going to be active on your server (5-10 at a time?)
Please read the original post for release in BETA. We have released two game modes out of all 11 games.

We expect minimum 15 players when we do a final release. The average amount of players we most expect is 25-45.

Your server is gonna fail then. If you have 25-45 players and 9 gamemodes how do you expect them to be playable? You think each and every one of them will only play 1-2 game modes? Some will have 4-5 some will have 2-3. It will be terrible. Plain terrible. All you will do is waste your money on a pointless project. HOST 1, THEN 2, THEN 3. Don't mix shit up if you don't have 1K for advertisement.

Well you seem like you know what gamemodes you’ll limit yourself to. As for this network, we are actually working on our next releases behind the scenes. As each server builds its players and streamers, we will decide when it’s time to publish another. Things are running smoothly and slowly over here and are not as chaiotic as you’re stating they might be. We’ve got our plans, and that’s fine. Yes I stated a small player base, that’s only for the two gamemodes and for each gamemode.

Thanks for the feedback.
