Hey,

So some Web Devs have come to me offering to make a site with me so I can sell views off of it. And almost all of them were not serious enough to be able to do such a thing. I will split all of the earning's with any Dev that would want to make such a basic site.

This is literally the definition of vague. Mind providing more details?

I sell YouTube views. I want a site where people can just go and create an account and be able to purchase YouTube views. The site would be basic as in its just a order and request site. Better or do still not understand?
