Party & Friends System

Hey there,
I am looking for someone experienced that can make a Party and Friends System for my network. The party and friends system is very similar to the Hypixel one.
The plugin will run on a bungee server with redis, and since I'm going to merge this plugin with another that I have means that there's no need to use plugin messaging (I will do it).
Detailed Requirements are documented in this google docs.
Requirements:

• Has a portfolio/github and proof of previous work
• (preferred for faster communication) American/Canadian Timezone.
• 2+ years of Java development.
• 2+ years of using the Spigot + BungeeCord APIs
• Experience with Redis and MySQL.
• An MC-market profile

My budget is $50, I will be paying via PayPal.

I estimate it's an easy task. The difficult part is implementing the API (which I will implement by myself) and some of the MySQL parts. I can give you a google docs document if you want.
