Passion Project (Read For More Info)

My two friends and I are all builders and good friends. We have been building a map for a passion project of ours. However we took a break for 5 months and have just returned. On our return we realized our map had many flaws and could be perfected, so we decided we want to make it 5x bigger with better and bigger builds all throughout the map. Our one problem is that since it is just a small team of 3 builders it will take us forever, so I am coming here looking for help. Now here is the catch we can't afford just a "normal builder" and we aren't looking for one. We are looking for a new friend to add to our group to help build with us and not for us.
