Hey, I'm the owner of PantherHQ, a upcoming futuristic PVP server that includes gamemodes such as
- UHC
- Practice
- HCF

I'm looking for another developer to help shoulder some burden on my current developer. My current developer is of a complete different timezone and is inactive, its quite difficult to communicate with him.
By being a developer on my server you will be treated seriously as a partner and a friend, not like any other servers that simply treats you as a slave or worker. We will be offering you a ownership position with a huge % of earnings just so that you don't feel "lower" if that makes sense. Which also leads to the next point,

REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge in coding custom cores and plugins
- Able to accept a % of earnings ( up to 50% )
- Friendly, please
- No age limit, as long as it doesn't affect your attitude
- Must have discord
- Passionate about developing for servers, not for the money.

Here is a checklist of what our server has completed
- Discord
- Buycraft theme
- Head Staff recruitment
- Trailer
- Host
- Staff guides, etc
- Minor advertisement
Things BEING completed as we speak
- Builds (coming in next week)
- Logo ( 3 days I think )
- Xenfero Web Theme

i think i haven to put this out. If you
- don’t like practice hcf or uhc
- want money
- didn’t bother read my requirements
- want 90% of server profits
