I don't understand why you'd want someone to make you a password manager. If you want a password manager, use 1Password or LastPass for a couple of bucks a month and would be much more security as there are thousands of people that use those products.
Getting a password maker made would definitely cost $500+ if you want someone experienced and when dealing with passwords you should.

I have roof access
Not many here that would be able to do this. Thats quite a lot of work. Personally I would charge around $250 for this. $350 is you want me to spend more time on the UI making it look the best it can. Which is likely as cheap as you'd get. If you have that kind of money, let me know and im sure we can work something out. If not, using something that's already out there might be a better idea.

Regardless to all offers, I would never allow anyone, let alone MC market, to make me a password manager or anything, there's so many potential issues, for one I don't think 99% of the people who claim they can do this for you will do it correctly or do the correct standard, not to you're asking someone to basically fuck you in the ass by making a password manager. Back doors, custom bypasses made you're literally asking for trouble. Either pay for a service like 1pass or just don't.
