It's working perfectly fine for me, both within a draft thread & the config section of your resource (which seems to be the content of your screenshot).

If it's still happening then it's best to open up your browser's developer tools & see what's going on.

I just see "pastebin.com refused to connect", am I the only one?

Make sure the Pastebin isn't private and that it hasn't been deleted by Pastebin themselves.
