Pasting in larger scale spawns?

I've been researching for a few days now on how I could paste in this large spawn w/ it's warzone without having a completely messed up terrain, but haven't been able to find much on it.

What do other people use to do this?

use fast async worldedit and also if you paste without air, it's less laggy (//paste -a)
