Pasting in warzone and spawn

Hello I have my own spawn and warzone and need help pasting it into the normal world. I have fastasyncworld edit but I don't know the command to do it in ticks.

Anyways I will offer someone 8$ to past this in for me well. I need it pasted in without air. Contact me or reply if you can do this.

Load schematic ./schem load (name of schem)
Paste it at your location .//paste -a

I need it be load in ticks. Its huge so if I paste it all at once the server will crash. Do you know how to do that?

Why is the warzone a schematic? It should be given as world file. The spawn can be a schematic makes sense but a warzone doesnt make sense. It would be easier to requeat the build as a world imo. Anyways im not sure how to do the ticks thing.
