About us
Patheria is a build team with loads of experiance, we deliver fast and get the job done.

Prices
The prices are based on how much time it takes me to create a map and to offer you the best quality enough. The prices are subject to negotiation, so if you have a lower budget we can discuss and get a good deal for both. These sizes/prices are the ''usual comissions'' that we get usually but you are free to ask me for other sizes.
The prices shown in the design are the exact prices that we offer through our services. These prices will depend on certain details that may change over time, meaning that these prices probably will not be the same within 6 months or even a couple of years.
*These prices will always be updated and it is our responsibility that any customer can consult us or negotiate any of the prices while it is reasonable for both.

Payment details

• The client know that is paying for the service of making product and not for the product. (Pay for minecraft maps is ilegal, all minecraft maps contain part of the minecraft's code, so is not legal sell maps).
• All the payments are made using Paypal and 50% upfront payment is required in order to start the comission project.
• When the final project is send the client must decide to pay the rest of the money or wait during a week to solve some problems with the maps.
• The customer only can get a refund if the map is not end or don't like the results and only can get a refund of the 50% of the first paymentfor my time spent on it. (All the maps refunded have still my own rights, so I can do with them whatever I want).
• The customer only can get a refund if both parts are agree, you are not allowed to reclaim a refund via Paypal without previous dialogue.
• You are allowed to resell the build product of your respective commission, however you not allowed to claim the credits of the build as your own work. You do not own creative rights to the build.
• You cannot do a business with my maps, in that case if you are interested on do it, you must give me a 50% of all the sales.
• If the customer don't follow this terms of service We am on the right to distribute the maps as free or whatever we want, report on MCMarket or get our own legal decissions.

Comission Procedure:
If you are interested on our services you have to follow the next steps to start your comission:

• Be sure that you have read the Payment Details and Terms of Services
• Contact me via Skype or here on MCMarket. You should see the name on Skype: coming soon
• Once contacted, provide a full description (text, images to follow,...), next we will discuss the map that needs to be done (the price, deadlines and expectations).
• Before start each project, I need unless a 50% first payment upfront to know that you garantee to follow with the task of the map. All the payments must be done throw PayPal. Other forms of payment are not accepted unless agreed to both parties.
• Once the project is started, during the process you will be given regular updates of the maps (images).
• When the project is finished you will obtein the map via Mega on a .rar/.zip file. Then you can test the map for a few minutes, then you have to pay the rest of the money.
• You will have one week to request small changes, those changes are free of charge

Can you not copy my title, my terms of service and my comission procedure unless? Really disapointed about what you did, this is a serious business. You can guide yours using mine but not copy exactly all, you show a bad look of your buildteam doing this. I will remove this message if you change them.
