Start paying/paying more so the staff will respond to tickets and reports quicker, Mick makes plenty of money from the automatic advertisements system, while he practically does nothing, pays for the server once a month, domain once a year, and goes inactive for months at a time..

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

I don't think that is a fair argument to make considering you don't know how much work gets done behind the scenes that you aren't aware of. We have had a backlog for a few weeks while for reports and support requests, but within the past week we have completely removed the backlog, handling thousands of reports and hundreds of support requests. Unfortunately due to the nature of scam reports we have not been able to catch up with them as quickly as the other staffing duties, but I can assure you that Kram, Bucket, and Justis have scam reports as their top priority.

The cause of our initial backlog was due to unforeseen circumstances with our staff team. In the past 2 months, 7 new staff members have been promoted-- this is the most promotions we've made in such a short time period, and makes our staff team currently bigger than its ever been to ensure that this doesn't happen in the future.

All staff members are paid based on their activity. The exact figures aren't public, but even if I doubled staff payments that wouldn't make any difference since payment played no factor in the backlog we had.

I'm sorry that this backlog has affected you, but simply throwing money at the problem isn't going to fix it.

I personally don't think money is a problem. I think the management of the team is. That's all I'm going to say.
