Paying $2 to have CratesPlus Configuration Fixed

I'll send $2 USD through PayPal to whoever fixes the
configuration found below.


The issues are;
- When someone wins a crate key, they get a key
that doesn't work.

- Creeper Egg wins don't give creeper eggs.

- And lastly, any issues that you find in the
configuration that I haven't written above.
