Hey MCM,

I have an issue where I am using namecheap hosting to run my website, which the domain works with just fine, but I can't get my domain to work for my minecraft server. Will pay 5$ to someone who can make this work for me.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

You need to create a "A" record with this information:

Host
: mc
Value: IP address of your Minecraft server
TTL: Automatic or 30 min (default TTL)

As well as a "SRV" record with this information:

Service
: _minecraft
Protocol: _tcp.mc
Priority: 0
Weight: 5
Port: [custom port]
Target: [your domain with the subdomain]
TTL: Automatic or 30 min (default TTL)

Then just save your changes and you should be done.
