Paying $50-$60 For Pixelmon Builds

Today I realised my pixelmon server needs a huge reset. I'm in need of: A Pixelmon Themed Spawn (custom), and 5-6 Pixelmon Gyms, the spawn would need to have an adminshop in it, the rest I would leave to you.

Gyms:

• Rock Gym
• Grass Gym
• Flying Gym
• Poison Gym
• Psychic Gym
• Fire Gym
• Water Gym
• Normal Gym

I could pay around $5-$7 per-gym and around $20-30 for the spawn, low I know, I have a small budget. If you think its low, let me know ill rise it a little.
