OBS should automatically pick up game audio. Make sure for your sources, you add Game Capture, and then you select the proper game you'd like to record. Cause I didn't do anything fancy with mine and it works perfectly.

Is your headphones plugged into ur pc ?

I have a lg UltraWide, and i have to plug them into my screen

Add audio input select the drop down and click on what device you record your audio with. Make sure your audio device is set to default as microphone on your pc make sure its plugged in etc make sure your sound is up press record or look at the bars start speaking and test
