So in the middle slot of the players hotbar is a Chest. When you open it there is one row of Gui and in the middle of it is kit iron and to the left of that is kit chain and the right of the middle is kit diamond. The symbol to the kit iron is an iron chest plate kit diamond is diamond sword and kit chain is a nether star. And the other empty slots have glass stained glass panes in them. The title of the Gui is &4&lKing&3&lPvp &e&lKits... Now in the first slot of the players inventory is a ender chest which leads to the command /customec open. And the last slot in the hotbar is an enchanting table. That's where the players would upgrade there kits. You don't have to do that at the moment since that will take some extra time . And in the 3rd slot of the hotbar is the players head. And that will display how many deaths, kills, balance they have. And one wish of mine for the stats is for it to also show how many times the player has clicked. And now in the 7th spot of the hotbar. That is where they can toggle if they want soup or if they want potions. If they choose soup the icon is a soup. And if they want potions. The icon is a splash pot of potions. If you have any questions about that ^ let me know. So now, when a player does choose there kit it only gives them one row of soups or potions. For the hotbar numbers I used 1-9..

You may be able to do this with one or two free plugins. ChestCommands for the GUI but I don't know for the items in the hotbar.
