Paying for /f perms plugin (FactionsUUID)

I need an /f perms plugin at extremely short notice! The dev i had chosen has let me down last minute, and so i need this doing asap!

‘/f perms’ plugin to allow the owner of factions to set what each faction rank can/cannot do. For example deny breaking blocks for standard members, but allow it for faction officers.

Perms:

Breakblock
Placeblock
Openchest
Breakchest
Breakspawners
