[Paying for fix] Spigot Server TPS dropping to 7-12 while on Bungeecord [Without Bungee 20 TPS!]

Spigot server TPS starts dropping looking at /gc and /tps when it's being put on bungee network. The game becomes unplayable. This problem starts from 30 players.

Bungeecord ant Spigot server is on the same machine configured to connect with the localhost.

Does anybody have any idea what's wrong?
