Paying for someone to make a 20 sec youtube trailer for me

I'm willing to pay someone to make a short youtube trailer for me.Kind of a like a introduction ,but not so. Need like a blank screen or something then texts popping up with cool 3d efects saying "Hey I'm H0ax, welcome to my channel" then it cuts to another scene saying "On this channel you will be seeing gaming,vlogs,unboxings,challenges,etc videos" then it cut to the end screen saying "Enjoy your stay" with all my social media links
