Paying for someone to make simple mod

I don't know how to make minecraft mods and I figure it would be easier to pay someone to make this for me than to learn how and do it myself. What I need is a mod that does the following.

-Lets you choose any user (including yourself) and disguising their name AND skin as any other player in game.
-Changes said user's name in chat and on the scoreboard (kind of like the laby's mod friend feature)

I know this should be simple to code and I need it done within a week. I don't care how the mod works. Whether its a menu like labys mod or a command such as /disguise (player name) (player to disguise them as) As long as the mod can do what I want it to and be simple to use, I'm fine.
