If you don't care that the server is playable during a paste, you can just set the spigot timeout really high, paste, get some lunch and it will be done

Use the Plugin "SafeEdit" allows you to paste limited blocks at time so it will load the schematic anywhere from 1 block a second to 100000
For example just type //paste 25 and it will paste 25 blocks a second
