Paying for someone to re-create this build!

Hey guys,
There's this build that I've always wanted but unfortunetly it was made exclusively for a certain network. Though I didn't let that stop me from getting my hands in it! Immediately I contacted the builder on multiple platforms such as Skype, Twitter, and even through his own website. Sadly I haven't ever recieved a reply so I'm sort of irritated about it. This build is beautiful and I would've loved for him to somewhat recreate another for me. Anyway, here's what I need done:

I'm looking for someone to re-create this masterpiece for me as best as you can. With all the pictures provides in the link, this shouldn't be too difficult. I'd like to make a few changes to it though to give it it's own uniqueness and style. Such as adding some color in there. Nevertheless if you have the capability to build this please don't hesitate to let me know!

Do you know how much fucking work it takes to copy a build that detailed? That's still $50+[DOUBLEPOST=1498212305][/DOUBLEPOST]Assuming you get a cheap builder who couldnt actually build this themselves, anyway. Otherwise its probs more.

Man, you got trashed for saying that budget last time so i'm suprised that you try again.
If anyone was willing to take on that project and finish it with 10-20$ budget, I would be impressed.
Considering that the pictures doesn't show everything, and that the creator would need to either study the pictures to get the exact replica or take creative decisions here and there to speed up the process to avoid spending hours on pocket change.
