I have been wanting to learn to make Xenforo / Tebex themes for ages now. I feel like since I got a lot of time in my hands I can actually take time and learn. If you are very experienced and want to give me lessons, I am willing to pay!

What you're asking for is web development lessons, and you won't get that in quality nor quantity for just 60$, just a heads up.
