Ye, I just want a plot built.
31x31 space.

Looking for something incentive, something that will make people want to come to the plot (parkour? something unique?) - but I can't build for shit so maybe someone could help me out.

My build team could do this for you. A rough price estimate would be from 5$(low detail)-15$(High Detail). A fair price I'd put it at is probably we can do it for like 8$.

As for what we could do, it seems as though you are looking for a attractive spawn point that would make players want to come to the plots. Possible ideas could include Spawns, Parkour, Mazes, etc.
