An amazing and quick name sniper like MCsniper.co and Chearful's will take months and months and months of work. Especially for a public website one. You need a developer that knows a lot about security, proxies, how snipers work, how programming works, etc. You're essentially asking for custom software to be developed.
You're looking at an investment of thousands of dollars. Around $1,500-$3,000 USD. Make sure you have the right budget before getting into this business.
