Paying somebody money to help setup a OP-Prison server on a semi-popular network

Hello, I have been trying for the last several days to create an OP-Prison server. I have purchased a few plugins in the process and im just not good at it. I have a server network that averages 45-70 players a day. Im really good at making Factions servers but not Prison can anyone help me? I currently have Featherboard and Vote Party for this server. I am willing to pay good.
