paying someone to fork a spigot

need someone to fork a spigot for me

ill send the spigot src once we confirm the deal

what i need:
- tab complete player names even when you cant see them
- make it so you can always see a players name on the tab regardless of visibility
- PotionEffectExpireEvent (ill send you the class and you just need to import it)
- PlayerHealthChangeEvent (ill send the class and you just need to import it)

would be super nice if you can get it done today
