PAYING someone to give our ranks permissions/kits [PEX]

Paying someone to give permissions to our ranks example, hero gets 3 homes, and kit hero and /hat whilst elite the next rank gets kit elite and 5 homes /feed etc..

We also need someone to make us our kits I have the items we want for every rank in kits, however we need you to apply that into the item codes, its a hassle for me so I'll pay others..
