Paying someone to make rank icons for my MC server.

Me and my friend are opening a server, and we have a buycraft setup. We need Icons for ranks on my buycraft. My server is ice themed, and the ranks are based upon arctic animals. There are only 5 ranks, and I need the icons in a unique/cartoony Minecraft way with the name of the rank around the bottom. I will tell you the rest of the info when we are in contact, things like the dimensions of icons, colors, and payment. I do have a budget, so I need quality icons at a reasonable price.
