Paying workers for VERY SIMPLE jobs

I am in need of workers on a 1.8.8 survival server that can complete very simple jobs for me.

The jobs that you will most likely be doing for me:
- Placing grass blocks over the ocean to create flat land
- Destroying terrain to create a flat grass land
- Building cactus farms (eventually)
- And much more!

I will be providing all the tools needed to complete these jobs (blocks, pickaxes, shovels, you name it)

These jobs are extremely simple and anyone can do them, I am practically buying your time
