paying you to make builds for my hardcore world

Hello, I would to start an hardcore adventure and I have a very specific style i want to build with. ("pirate" style, see attached file)
But because i'm terrible at building, I would like to hire someone to build me 10 different builds with that style. I also have a specific idea of the purpose of each building.
It doesn't need any terraforming, i just want the builds.


1st building : starter house
2nd : storage room
3rd : villager breeder
4th : iron farm
5th : "barn" for animals
6th : library for librarian villagers
7th : forge with autosmelters
8th and 9th : both ships
10th : church

I would like someone who is familiar with "survival" builds and that knows how to do all these (villager breeder, iron farm ect)
