Upon attempting to work with PayPal's API, I noticed you need a business account which then snags quite a bit of fees as well as.. overall the business account version of PayPal is a bit ehhh.

Is there any Payment API's that will work with PayPal and not require a business account, so I can create an online store or something of that caliber?

try looking at 2checkout, you will need to be 18 and have a "good" credit score in order to be a merchant.

It must support PayPal, I believe Stripe does not

Or personally I would just use crypto as your main money transfer
However if you don't want to lose out on customers just use on of the api's listed above
and put the premium you pay as an extra ontop of it.
