PayPal “Confirm your Identity”

i have like 50+ $ sitting in paypal and i wanna spend it but i need to confirm my identity and i dont have the stuff..

If I'm not mistaken, just get your parents to open a debit checking account for you. I've had a bank account and card since like 9 years old or something.

Same, it's not that hard to get a debit card. Alot of my friends at the time didn't believe this was possible.
